Micronet Solutions, Inc. began as a concept in 2005 by three experienced and business minded engineers that shared a common vision, providing total business solution in the small and medium retail industry.

Micronet Solutions, Inc., also regarded as Micronet, was officially registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines on February 5, 2008 with the aim to bring into the market quality, affordable and tailor-fitted retail systems, and card solutions.

The three primary founders of the company have combined experience of over 40 years in the field of Information Technology specializing in Retail Oil and Gas, POS Systems, Fleet & Loyalty Card, Accounting System, Outsourced Services, Network and System Integration.
